During the production lifetime, they make constant improvements to ensure quality. Where Can I Find my Billy Goat’s Serial Number?
Billy Goat puts the serial number, model number and other production information on a plate mounted somewhere on your equipment. Since they build a wide range of products, the location of this plate can’t be standard across their lineup.
“Left” and “Right” are determined by the operator position. In most cases, you can stand at the controls and look down at the frame or engine base to see the serial number plate.
Which Model Do I have?
Detailed model information is on the serial plate, but you need some idea which model you have to find said plate. Billy Goat puts large stickers on their equipment stating the model, either on the front or side of the device. Sometimes these stickers will specify the model, like the KV Series vacuum, while other times it will have the product name, like the Outback.
